We strive to deliver high quality products to the longboarding community. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
If you are dissatisfied with any
Bliss Decks shipment please
Contact Us. We will work with you to resolve any problem you have with our products or service.
Our decks are high quality decks made in a professional manner. There are multiple points of inspection and quality controls.
However, if your deck has a defect due to manufacturing, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
To assure your utmost satisfaction we offer you this unique “Right to Return Policy” on any of our
Bliss Decks:
You can return a
Bliss Deck within 3 (three) days of delivery to you – no questions asked*; provided that the item is returned to Bliss Longboards in the same condition it was sent (ungripped, not mounted, not scratched).
This policy assures you a full refund minus the cost of shipping both ways. ±
The deck must be returned in the same condition it was sent for a full refund.
Important!
One last thing;
Please
Contact Us to get a Return Shipment Number. We can not process returned products without it.
* The date of delivery is the day the deck was signed for and is determined by the date recorded by the carrier which can be found with the tracking number linked to the order.
± Shipping is included in the deck price for the Continental US. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
